With a Masters in Town Planner, I felt a shift towards the finance industry over 2 years ago now and haven't looked back! Whilst balancing my professional life, I'm also a proud mum to four energetic boys, life is never boring! Hi, I’m Lady Fajardo. I work as a Broker Service Specialist at NCFS, where I review and validate client documents to make sure everything is accurate and complete before we submit them to lenders. Before joining NCFS, I spent six years in the banking industry as a Loan Officer. I helped clients understand their financing options and guided them through the loan process from start to finish. Working with a wide range of customers taught me the importance of clear communication and reliable service. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management, and I’m currently based in Manila, Philippines.
